ITURI; 1. Les parlementaires de la province de l’ITURI se disent opposés à toute migration massive et incontrôlée de ce qu’ils qualifient de hutu rwandais en provenance du Nord-Kivu. Dans une déclaration politique publiée ce lundi à Kinshasa, les députés nationaux de l’ITURI parmi lesquels l’ancien gouverneur de la province orientale MEDARD AUCHAI ASENGA, sont convaincus que ces personnes qui partent du Nord-Kivu pour aller en ITURI sont de vrais hutu rwandais dont l’identité de ‘’Banyabwisha’’ leur attribuée n’est qu’une distraction. Ces 24 députés, dans leur déclaration politique de 6 points et 5 décisions ; ils décident de s’opposer à toute personne qui tentera de balkaniser la RDC en se servant de la province de l’ITURI comme élément déclencheur. Ils accusent certains acteurs politiques œuvrant dans différentes institutions de la république appuyant cette migration anarchique et invasive de haute trahison et le mutisme du gouvernement national de complicité. Enfin, les parlementaires de l’ITURI félicitent et soutiennent le gouverneur du Nord-Kivu dans sa décision de freiner cette invasion de la RDC par ces hutus rwandais. Ils précisent que cette invasion massive a été déjà dénoncée aussi par la société civile ainsi que les chefs coutumiers de l’ITURI. Au Nord-Kivu il y a 199.097 réfugiés rwandais qu’il faut séparer des populations Congolaises parlant la même langue.
