Here is why -
Une autre attaque venait de se dérouler mardi vers 20 heures à YOBORA dans le groupement KANYABAYONGA. Deux personnes ont péri et d’autres ont été blessés. En plus, une maison a été incendiée. Dans l’attaque de mercredi à Mutanda, cependant, 144 maisons d’habitation et un poste de santé ainsi qu’un moulin ont incendiées.
Les habitants ont alors fui leurs habitations craignant pour leur sécurité. Certains se sont dirigés à Kanyabayonga et d’autres à LUSOA pour se mettre à l’abri.
