According to Radio Tamazuj, on 18/08/2021 President Kiir in a strong worded statement on the monday ambush and killings of nuns and other travellers on the Juba-Nimule highway accused holdout groups who are not signatories to the peace deal for the attack and threatened to pullout from the Rome talks mediated by Sans'Egidio.
Meanwhile the National Salvation Front denies all the allegations ,according to theirr spokesperson the president had a heavy deployment of army and security and it is not possible that another carriedout the ambush but his own security.
