Kasindi, la conférence internationale du Kyaghanda Yira démarre ce lundi 7 août mal grès son interdiction par l'autorité territoriale. il y aurait une forte tension surtout que le pouvoir public vient d'y envoyer un important dispositif policier aux alentour de la salle de conférence.
